【摘要】 目的观察地塞米松在预防第三磨牙埋伏阻生牙拔除术后并发症的效果。方法口腔牙槽外科行第三磨牙埋伏阻生牙拔除术的患者118例,随机分为试验组(68例)以及对照组(50例)。两组均采用高速涡轮机分离牙齿并完全拔除。对照组口服头孢拉定,试验组口服头孢拉定+地塞米松片。对比两组并发症的发生情况。结果第三磨牙埋伏阻生牙术后口服地塞米松片,能有效地降低患者的疼痛、肿胀的发生率、减少并发症的发生率,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of dexamethasone on the prevention of complications after the extraction of impacted third molar. Methods The study population consisted of a total of 118 patients from the department of alveolar surgery to extract impacted third molar.They were devided into the randomized trial group(68 cases) and the control group(50 cases). Both groups used high-speed turbines to separate teeth and removed completly. The patients in the routine group were treated with cefradine, while experimental group were treated with cefradine and dexamethasone. Compare with the occurrence of two groups of complications. Results Taking dexamethasone tablets orally after an operation can reduce patient’s pain, the incidence rate of swelling and complications. It is worthy to be popularized.更多还原
