正交车铣内回转表面的加工刀具长度补偿算法
Algorithm of the Tool Length Compensation of Orthogonal the Milling Rotary Surface
【摘要】 随着车铣复合加工技术的不断发展,复杂异形回转类零件越来越多地出现在工程应用中,为了满足这类工件的加工要求,正交车铣加工方法正在得到广泛的应用。在分析了大直径套筒类工件的内壁结构后,通过应用VERICUT软件进行加工仿真,提出了用正交车铣的加工方法来实现加工,通过铣刀高速切削和工件旋转的合成运动来实现对该类零件的切削加工;在对大直径套筒类工件内壁的加工方法的研究中,总结出刀具附加长度补偿量与工件在加工过程中过切的关系,首次提出并建立了正交车铣内表面刀具长度附加补偿量,确定了对于该类零件加工过程中加工刀具基准点的偏差规律,即刀具长度补偿算法规律,成功地解决了正交车铣大型复杂异形回转类零件的过切问题,通过添加宏程序段提高了编程效率,缩短了加工周期,保证了加工质量。
【Abstract】 With the continuous development of the turn-milling compound machining technology.Heterosexual complex rotary parts increasingly appeared in the engineering application.In order to meet processing requirements of this kind of parts,orthogonal turn-milling machining method has been widely used.On the basis of analyzing the lining structure of the large diameter sleeve type parts,by using VERICUT software to do the simulation,the processing method of orthogonal turn milling was proposed to realize the machining process,The cutting process of this kind of parts was realized by the synthetic motion of high speed cutting and the rotating of the parts.In the research on the processing method of the inner wall of the large diameter sleeve type parts,The relationship between the compensation of tool length compensation and the over cut of the parts in the machining process was summarized.It is the first time to propose and establish the compensation amount of the tool length in the orthogonal turn milling,the rule of cutting tool length compensation algorithm was determined for the machining process of this kind of parts.It successfully solved the problem of over cutting of large and complex shaped rotating parts in orthogonal turn milling machine.The programming efficiency was improved by adding the macro program segment.It also shortened the processing cycle,and ensured the quality of processing.
