端距对竹材层压板单螺栓节点承载性能影响研究

【摘要】 以竹材层压板单螺栓节点为研究对象,对单螺栓的竹材层压板节点进行ABAQUS有限元模拟,根据不同端距建立了多个模型,研究了节点端距对单螺栓节点承载力的影响。结果表明,在5d(即40mm)范围内,增加螺栓节点的端距可以提高螺栓节点的承载力;但当端距>5d时,增加端距承载力提高并不明显。节点遭到破坏时,最大应力在螺栓杆上,并且随着端距增加而增大。

【Abstract】 The finite element simulation for single bolt connections is conducted with ABAQUS,several finite element models are established according to the different end distance,and the effect of end distance laminated bamboo-steel single bolt connection bearing performance is studied.The following conclusion is drawn by the research:increase the end distance can improve bearing capacity when the end distance is less than five times bolt diameter which is 40 mm,however,when the end distance is more than five times bolt diameter,the bearing capacities of bolt connections won’t significantly increase.When the bolt connection is destroyed,the maximum stress is on the bolt rod,and the stress is increased with the increasing of end distance.
