【Abstract】 This paper briefly introduces the application research progress of thermally conductive fillers in rubber material. Fillers including carbon nanotube,graphite,acetylene black,aluminum oxide,aluminum nitride,silicon nitride and ionic liquid modified thermally conductive filler are discussed. Different conductive fillers show different impact on the thermal and physical properties of rubber materials. Filler blend,filler modification and new filler development are the focused development directions of thermally conductive fillers.更多还原
