【摘要】 文章首先回顾了日本近现代中小学师资培养的发展历程和政策变化,然后从师资培养课程、教师资格证、教员选拔标准、教科定位等方面,对信息技术师资培养课程进行了综合分析,并展望了日本教职课程的改革动向。最后,文章从培养模式、考核标准、培养方向等角度,对中日师资培养的异同进行了对比分析,由此总结出日本信息技术师资培养的特点和经验教训,以期为今后中国进一步深化信息技术师资培养提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper firstly retrospected the development process and policy changes of teacher training for Japanese primary and secondary schools in modern times. Then, the courses for training the information technology teachers were analyzed from the aspects of courses, teacher certification, teacher selection criteria and teaching orientation. Meanwhile, the paper provided an outlook of the reformation direction of Japanese teacher training. Finally, the difference of teacher training between China and Japan was analyzed from the perspectives of training mode, assessment criterion and cultivation direction. From this, the characteristics and the lessons learned from the cultivation of information technology teachers in Japan were summarized, excepting to provide reference for the cultivation of information technology teachers in China.更多还原
