不同入口导流板炭黑除尘器内部流场的模拟分析
Simulation Analysis on Inside Dust Flow Field in Carbon Black Precipitator with Different Inlet Baffle Deflector
【摘要】 采用CMD60除尘器对侧进风方式4种不同入口导流板模型(横条形低进风模型、竖条形低进风模型Ⅰ和Ⅱ、竖条形高进风模型)的流线分布、上升气流速度、滤袋冲刷及气流的导向效果进行模拟仿真。结果表明,竖条形高进风模型流线分布效果最好,下箱体内气流的上升速度最小,对滤袋的保护效果最佳。
【Abstract】 Using CMD60 precipitator,the streamline distribution,updraft speed,bag scour and airflowguiding effect of four kinds of inlet baffle deflector models(lateral bar-shaped and low air intaking model,vertical bar-shaped and low air intaking modelⅠandⅡ,and vertical bar-shaped and high air intaking model)with side air intaking were simulated. The results showed that,the vertical bar-shaped and high air intaking model had the best stream line distribution,while the updraft speed of airflow was the minimum in lower cabinets,and the protection to bag was the best.
