【摘要】 目的探讨户外体育游戏运动与学龄前儿童身高体重增长的关系,为幼儿园开展适宜的儿童体育运动提供参考。方法随机抽取武汉市某幼儿园2个大班,3个中班,2个小班共244名3~5岁儿童作为干预组,进行1年的户外体育游戏干预,再随机抽取6个大班,6个中班,8个小班共684名3~5岁儿童作为对照组,对所有研究对象1年内身高体重增长值进行分析。结果干预1年后,儿童的身高体重均增长,3,4,5岁干预组男、女儿童身高年增长值分别为7.5,8.7,7.8 cm和7.3,8.5,7.6 cm;对照组3,4,5岁男、女儿童身高年增长值分别为7.6,7.9,7.5 cm和7.6,7.9,7.4cm。5岁干预组男、女儿童的身高年增长值分别高于对照组儿童0.3和0.2 cm,差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为3.01,3.09,P值均<0.05)。3~5岁年龄组男女儿童体重年增长值干预组与对照组间差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。结论体育游戏干预对改善学龄前儿童身高体重起到了积极有效的作用,应在托幼机构开展适宜的户外体育游戏活动。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between outdoor sports games and the physical development of preschool children in Wuhan City and provide a reference to conducting rational sports for preschool children. Methods Selected 244 children of 3 to 5 year-old as intervention group and 684 children as control group in Wuhan City by means of cluster random sampling,and investigate and analyze the amplification of height and weight after one-year intervention of outdoor sports games. Results Both the height and the weight increased after one-year intervention, and the height increase of intervention group of 3, 4 and 5 years old, were 7.5, 8.7 and 7.8 respectively among boys, while 7.6,7.9 and 7.5 cm respectively among girls. In the control group of 5years old, the height increase of boys and girls were 0.3 and 0.2 cm higher than those in intervention group with statistically significant difference( P<0.05), while the difference of growth rate between other intervention groups and control groups had no statistical difference( P>0.05). Conclusion Exercise intervention plays an effective and positive role in the improvement of preschool children’ s height and weight, and rational outdoor sports games should be widely conducted in childcare institutions.更多还原
