实时剪切波弹性成像对涎腺混合瘤与沃辛瘤的诊断价值
The value of SWE in the study of mixed tumor of salivary glands and Warthin’s tumor diagnosis
【摘要】 目的探讨实时剪切波弹性成像(SWE)在涎腺混合瘤及腮腺沃辛瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法应用实时剪切波弹性成像对30例正常健康人腮腺,12例沃辛瘤,18例混合瘤的弹性值进行比较。结果正常腮腺组与沃辛瘤组、混合瘤组的弹性最大值、最小值、平均值、标准差之间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01),且混合瘤组的剪切波弹性最大值、平均值、标准差均大于沃辛瘤(P<0.01)。涎腺混合瘤与腮腺沃辛瘤的最大值、平均值、标准差诊断临界值为55.81kPa、20.30kPa、9.05kPa。结论实时剪切波弹性成像提供了组织硬度信息,有助于腮腺混合瘤与沃辛瘤的鉴别诊断。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application value of real-time shear wave elastography in the diagnosis of salivary mixed tumor and parotid Warthin tumor.Methods The parotid gland in 30 normal healthy people,12 Warthin tumor,18 mixed tumor were compared by the application of Real-time shear wave elastography.Results The difference of elastic maximum value,minimum value and average value,standard deviation among normal group,Warthin tumor group and mixed tumor group were statistically significant(P<0.01).The maximum value,average value,standard deviation of shear elastic wave of the mixed tumor group was higher than that of Warthin tumor group(P<0.01).The diagnosis critical value of the maximum value,average value,standard deviation of Salivary gland mixed tumor and parotid Warthin tumor were 55.81 kPa,20.30 kPa,and 9.05 kPa.Conclusion Real-time shear wave elastography provides tissue hardness information,is helpful for the differential diagnosis of mixed tumor of parotid gland and Warthin tumor.
