【摘要】 目的探讨PDGF-BB在直肠癌组织中的表达及其与淋巴管生成和淋巴结转移的关系。方法免疫组织化学染色技术(SP法)检测60例直肠癌组织和30例正常直肠组织中PDGF-BB和D2-40的表达;分析PDGF-BB在直肠癌组织和正常组织中的表达差异及其与淋巴管密度的关系。结果PDGF-BB在直肠癌组织中的阳性表达率显著高于正常肠组织(55.0%vs.6.7%,P<0.001);淋巴结阳性组的PDGF-BB阳性表达率均显著高于淋巴结阴性组(77.3%vs.42.1%,P<0.05);PDGF-BB阳性表达组的LMVD显著高于阴性表达组[(12.19±2.22)vs.(7.33±3.02),P<0.05];PDGF-BB的表达与LMVD、淋巴结转移也具有显著相关性(rs=0.712,P<0.05;rs=0.501,P<0.05)。淋巴结阳性组的LMVD显著高于淋巴结阴性组[(13.11±2.01)vs.(8.13±2.99),P<0.05];LMVD与淋巴结转移亦呈显著性相关(rs=0.699,P<0.05)。结论 PDGF-BB在直肠癌中的阳性表达可能促进其淋巴管的生成及淋巴结转移。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the expression of PDGF-BB in rectal carcinoma and investigate its relationship with lymphangiogenesis and lymphatic metastasis. Methods Immunohistochemical staining(SP method) was used to detect the expression of PDGF-BB and D2-40 in 60 cases of rectal cancer tissues and30 cases of normal rectal tissues. The expression of PDGF-BB in rectal cancer tissues and normal tissues and its relationship with lymphatic vessel density were analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of PDGF-BB in rectal cancers were significantly higher than that in normal tissues(55.0% vs. 6.7%, P <0.001). In rectal cancer tissues, the positive expression rates of PDGF-BB in positive lymph node metastatic group were significantly higher than that in the negative lymph node metastatic group(77.3% vs. 42.1%, P<0.05). As compared with the negative expression of PDGF-BB group, LMVD in the positive expression of PDGF-BB group were significantly higher [(12.19±2.22) vs.(7.33±3.02), P <0.05]. There were significant association among the expression of PDGF-BB, LMVD and lymph metastasis in rectal cancer tissues(rs =0.712, P <0.05; rs =0.501, P <0.05). The LMVD of positive lymph node metastatic group was significantly higher than that of negative lymph node metastatic group [(13.11 ±2.01) vs.(8.13 ±2.99), P <0.05]. LMVD was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis(rs = 0.699, P <0.05). Conclusions The positive expression of PDGF-BB may promote lymphangiogenesis in tumor and lymph node metastasis.更多还原
