【Abstract】 The issue of effective classroom is becoming more and more difficult for leaders and teachers in higher vocational colleges. It is also considered as one of common problems in internal quality diagnosis in higher vocational colleges. This paper explores practical methods for the improvement of effective classroom in two aspects: internal cultivation and external optimization. To be specific,the former involves the influence of traditional teaching thoughts,the improvement of teaching system and standard,the role of grass-roots organizations in teaching management,the factors of teachers and students,and conditions of integration of production and education,while the later refers to school management culture,school support system,degree of school organizers’ responsibility and social factors更多还原
