经济法理论与实践一体化课程开发设计探索——以湖北职业技术学院工商企业管理专业为例

【摘要】 随着经济社会发展,用人单位对高校毕业生综合职业能力的要求越来越高,而理论与实践一体化的课程开发是培养学生综合职业能力的必然选择。湖北职业技术学院经济法教研室围绕工商企业管理专业人才培养的目标定位,突出综合职业能力培养,以本专业所面向的中小企业的营销管理、人力资源管理和企业行政管理岗位(或岗位群)的日常涉法工作任务为载体,设计了经济法课程的能力目标、知识目标和素质目标,并根据典型工作任务和工作过程提出了经济法课程理论与实践一体化内容的设计构想。

【Abstract】 With the development of economy and society,there is higher requirement of comprehensive professional ability for the employer to choose employees. Therefore,the curriculum development which integrates theory and practice is an inevitable choice to cultivate students’ comprehensive professional ability. The teaching and research section of economic law in Hubei Polytechnic Institute has set up curriculum objectives for economic law course involving ability,knowledge and quality and has put forward design conception of the integration of theory and practice according to the typical work tasks and working process,which focuses on the objective of talent training,emphasize on comprehensive professional ability training and is the carrier of the marketing management,human resource management and enterprise management position(or post group) facing by the profession.
