【Abstract】 It has always been hard for college students to get a good job. More students tend to start a business by themselves under the situation. That’s the inexorable law of economic development. At the same time, it’s the best way to fully employ the advantages of their human resources. But the current situation is that both the percentage of starting an undertaking and the rate of success are low. Through making an inves-tigation among college students, we find out that their lack of initiative and the related knowledge and skills mainly leads to the final result.
