LED筒灯在热—力耦合作用下的耐火测试
Fire test research on LED downlight element under the action of coupled thermo-mechanical load
【摘要】 结合LED筒灯的使用情况,对筒灯的耐火测试进行了分析。指出筒灯的耐火极限是通过对安装了筒灯的天花板结构进行热-力耦合作用下的水平耐火测试获得,同时也指出筒灯在耐火测试中经受的温度情况,以及耐火极限的评判指标等。基于相关研究指出,影响筒灯耐火极限的主要因素包括筒灯的材料和结构、耐火石膏板和木梁的耐火性能、系统的安装质量。
【Abstract】 Fire test on LED downlight element was researched combining with the application of LED downlight. The fire resistance of LED downlight was obtained by the fire test of ceiling structure fitted with downlights,the structure was tested under the action of coupled thermo-mechanical load. The temperature which imposed on the LED downlight was introduced,as well as the main factors that affecting the fire resistance of LED downlight. If was pointed out that,the main factors influencing the fire resistance includs the materials and structure of the downlights,the fire resistance of the plasterboard and the wooden beam,and the quality of the installation.
