【摘要】 介绍了纯氧天然气回转化铁炉的熔化过程,大致分为:(1)炉衬预热;(2)加料和布料;(3)炉料预热;(4)炉料软化,炉渣初成;(5)金属熔化,炉渣覆盖等。阐述了回转化铁炉的结构组成,包括炉体、倾转机构、回转机构、烧咀的冷却、加料装置、尾气的通风除尘、电气控制、纯氧天然气回转炉熔化系统。论述了回转化铁炉的熔化过程,包括金属元素的烧损率、铁液的孕育处理、增碳剂与增C操作。最后指出:纯氧天然气回转化铁炉的使用性能非常接近于感应电炉,可以在炉内调节铁液成分,不需要与电炉双联。相对于感应电炉,中小型铸铁厂使用纯氧天然气回转化铁炉,在投资和化铁费用方面均具有明显的优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 The melting process of the pure oxygen natural gas rotational iron melting furnace was introduced,approximately including:(1)Preheating of the furnace liner.(2)Charging and distributing of the materials to be melted.(3)Preheating of the charges.(4)Charge softening,primary slag forming.(5)Metal charge melting,slag covering et al. The configuration of the rotational iron melting furnace was described including:furnace body,tilting mechanism,burner cooling device,charging device,exhaust gas ventilating and dust removal equipments,electrical control device,and melting system of pure oxygen natural gas rotational furnace. The melting process of the rotational iron melting furnace was described including metal elements melting loss rate,iron melt inoculating treatment,recarbulating agent and operation. It was pointed out:the usage properties of the pure oxygen natural gas rotational iron melting furnace was very near to that of the induction furnace including that the iron melt composition could be adjusted in the furnce,it was not necessary to be duplexed with the electrical furnace. Compared with induction furnace,for the medium-small iron foundries,using the pure oxygen natural gas rotational iron melting furnace had obvious advantage in the aspects of investiment cost and iron melting cost.更多还原
