【摘要】 目的对超早期尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的疗效进行观察研究。方法回顾2015年3月~2016年12月收治的82例急性脑梗死患者,患者被分为两组,观察组予以超早期尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗,对照组采用常规治疗,对治疗后两组患者的临床状况进行记录、对比。结果观察组总有效率为90.2%,对照组总有效率为70.7%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后神经功能缺损程度评分与对照组治疗后对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超早期尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死患者疗效显著,能显著改善患者神经功能缺损状况,值得借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effects of ultra-early intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase on acute cerebral infarction.Methods Aretrospective sty form March 2015 to December2016 of 82 treated in our hosipital by acute cerebral infarction,and the patients was dibided into two groups, observation group and control.Intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase was used in observation group.routine therapy was used to control group.Results The total effective rate in observation group was 90.2%,the total effective rate in control group was 70.7%,total effective rate inovservation group compared with that in control group, there was statistical difference(P<0.05);the score of the neurologic impairment after treatment in observation group compared with that in control,there was statistical difference(P <0.05).Conclusion Ultra-early intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase can improve the neurologic impairment,the clinical efficacy is significant.更多还原
