【摘要】 目的:探讨常规MR检查在诊断肩袖损伤中的应用价值。方法:将我院2015年1月至2016年12月的65例肩关节疾病患者作为研究对象,所有患者均使用1.5T磁共振扫描仪实施常规MR检查,以关节镜检查为金标准。观察患者诊断符合情况以及诊断分级情况。结果:经金标准检查49例患者患有肩袖损伤,其概率为75.38%,常规MR诊断准确性为95.38%[(46+13)/65],敏感度为93.88%(46/49),均较高;46例诊断阳性患者中,诊断1级概率为15.22%,2级为63.04%,3级为21.74%。结论:常规MR检查应用于肩袖损伤诊断中,临床价值较高,诊断准确性及灵敏度均较高,可根据图像显示进行疾病分级,有利于下一步治疗,值得推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the value of routine MR examination in the diagnosis of rotator cuff injury.Methods: 65 patients with shoulder joint disease from January 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital as the research object,all patients were performed with 1. 5T magnetic resonance scanner routine MR examination,with the gold standard of arthroscopy.
