【摘要】 目的:分析经阴道彩色多普勒超声对子宫内膜癌的诊断价值。方法:收集的病例时间为2014年1月到2016年1月,选择疑似子宫内膜癌病例进行研究,一共104例,使用GE LOGIQ9超声诊断仪观察子宫大小、与周围组织的关系、子宫内膜的厚度、内部回声、边缘是否规则、内膜与肌层的低回声晕是否连续、病灶与肌层的关系,测量病灶边缘距浆膜层的距离,观察病灶内血供情况,来判断病灶对肌层的浸润程度。结果:(1)子宫内膜癌一共104例病例,病理符合的有94例(90.38%),余10例误诊病例分别为子宫内膜增生过长5例(4.81%)、内膜息肉3例(2.88%)、不全流产1例(0.96%)、粘膜下肌瘤1例(0.96%)。(2)无肌层浸润、浅肌层浸润和深肌层浸润三者之间血供情况差异显著,P<0.05。无肌层浸润时血流多为0级或I级,以静脉血流为主;浅肌层浸润时血流多为I级血流;深肌层浸润血供明显丰富,呈现为树枝状或网状彩色血流。结论:经阴道彩色多普勒超声对子宫内膜癌的诊断价值较高,能够有效地判断子宫内膜癌的病情,为临床治疗提供可靠的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma.Methods:A total of 104 cases of suspected endometrial carcinoma were selected from January 2014 to January 2016.The size of the uterus and the relationship between the uterus size and the endometrium were observed with GE LOGIQ9 ultrasound instrument.The thickness of the internal echo,the edge of the rules,the endometrial and muscular hypoechoic halo is continuous,the relationship between lesions and muscle,measuring the distance from the edge of the lesion from the serosa to observe the lesions within the blood supply to determine the lesions Myometrial invasion degree.Results:(1) There were 94 cases(90.38%) of 104 cases of endometrial carcinoma,5cases of endometrial hyperplasia(4.81%),3 cases of endometrial polyps(2.88%),incomplete abortion in 1 case(0.96%),submucosal fibroids in 1 case(0.96%).(2) There was no significant difference in the blood supply between muscle infiltration,superficial myometrial invasion and deep myometrial invasion(P<0.05).No myometrial infiltration of blood flow is 0 or I level,the main venous blood flow; superficial myometrial infiltration of blood flow for the I-class blood flow; deep muscular infiltration of blood was significantly rich,showing a dendritic or Reticular color flow.Conclusion:Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis value of endometrial cancer,can effectively determine the condition of endometrial cancer,provide a reliable basis for clinical treatment.更多还原
