【摘要】 目的探讨目标管理在1例重症人感染H7N9禽流感患者的护理效果。方法在1例重症人感染H7N9禽流感患者中应用目标管理模式。从收治该病人前的准备,到收治该病人后,小组负责人跟主管医生查房讨论,将该病人的护理重点设置目标范围、循证相关护理措施、开出相应护嘱;特护组成员根据设立的目标实施护理;小组负责人每天与医生沟通,及时修订目标,修改护嘱,并向小组成员反馈注意事项及护理细节;每天评价护理效果。结果该病人在ICU住院23天,没有发生院内感染、气胸、压疮、深静脉血栓、非计划性拔管等不良事件。病情好转,到普通病房继续康复治疗,4天后好转出院。结论目标管理能改善重症患者的结局,减少不良事件的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the nursing effect of management by objectives in a case of severe infection with H7 N9 avian influenza. Methods We applied the method of management by objectives in a case of severe infection with H7 N9 avian influenza. Before and after the patient was admitted to ICU,the group leader discussed with the doctors about the emphasis on setting target range,evidence-based nursing measures,and gave the corresponding nursing order. The intensive care group members put the goals of nursing into practice. The group leader communicated with the doctors every day,timely revised the objectives,modified the nursing order. We also informed the points for nursing attention and details to the group members. The nursing effect was evaluated every day. Results The patient was hospitalized in ICU for 23 days without nosocomial infection,pneumothorax,pressure sore,deep vein thrombosis,unplanned extubation or other adverse events.The patient got better and was transfered to the general ward for rehabilitation. 4 days later,the patient was discharged. Conclusion The method of management by objectives can improve the outcome of crtical patient and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.更多还原
