【摘要】 目的研究术中变温毯的应用对妇科手术患者术后苏醒时间、寒颤发生率的影响。方法选取我院2015年7月—2016年7月90例妇科手术患者为研究对象,所有患者均在我院择期行妇科腹腔镜手术,将纳入患者抽签随机分为研究组与对照组,每组45例。对照组给予常规术中保温护理,研究组在常规保温护理基础上加用变温毯,比较两组术中体温变化、术后恢复指标、凝血功能指标。结果研究组术后苏醒时间、寒战发生率、术后活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)分别为(36.24±8.57)min、(6.67)%、(31.52±3.25)s、(14.20±0.95)s显著低于对照组的(50.15±10.88)min、(22.22)%、(33.74±3.09)s、(15.34±1.27)s(P<0.05)。结论妇科手术中应用变温毯可以保持患者体表温度相对稳定,减少术中出血量,缩短麻醉苏醒时间,减少对患者凝血功能影响,降低术后寒战发生率,加快患者康复进程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of intraoperative temperature-adjusting blankets on the recovery time and incidence of shivering in patients after gynecological operation. Methods 90 patients undergoing gynecological operation in the hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were enrolled in the study. All patients were treated with elective gynecological laparoscopic operation and were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine heat-preservation nursing,while in addition to the nursing in the control one,the study group was treated with temperature-adjusting blankets. The changes of intraoperative body temperature,postoperative recovery indexes and coagulation function were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative recovery time,the incidence of shivering,postoperative activated partial thromboplastin time( APTT) and prothrombin time( PT) in the study group were significantly shorter or lower than those in the control group {( 36. 24 ± 8. 57) min vs( 50. 15 ± 0. 88) min,6. 67% vs22. 22%,( 31. 52 ± 3. 25) s vs( 33. 74 ± 3. 09) s and( 14. 20 ± 0. 95) s vs( 15. 34 ± 1. 27) s,respectively;( P < 0. 05,for all) }. Conclusion The temperature-adjusting blankets used in gynecological operation can maintain relatively stable body surface temperature,reduce intraoperative blood loss,shorten recovery time,reduce the effect on blood coagulation function and the incidence of postoperative shivering,and accelerate the rehabilitation process of patients.更多还原
