【摘要】 目的探讨在预约式机采血小板采集模式下新鲜血小板的供应是否得到充足及合理控制冰冻血小板库存的可行性。方法通过电话沟通预约、网络QQ预约、微信平台预约等方法,再根据当日医院的预约数量、新鲜血小板的库存量、冰冻血小板的库存量,合理分配与反馈预约信息。结果在预约式机采模式下,预约采集比例达到95%,新鲜血小板的供应也100%得到满足,冰冻血小板的库存控制在合理的范围之内,预约式模式与随机性模式相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论通过预约式采集血小板模式,改变了以往机采血小板的随机被动捐献模式,工作人员的主动性强,工作效率提高,既可满足临床新鲜机采血小板的需求,又可合理控制冰冻血小板的库存,值得推广与应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss whether the supply from the collection mode of reserved apheresis platelet was adequate and the feasibility to control frozen platelet inventory properly. Methods The reserved information was allocated properly and feedback by telephone appointment,QQ appointment,We Chat appointment,and adding the hospitals’ reservation number of the day,the inventory of the fresh platelet and the frozen platelet. Results In the collection mode of reserved apheresis platelet,the ration of the reserved collection was 95%. The supply of fresh platelet was 100% satisfied. The frozen platelet inventory was controlled in a reasonable range. There were significant differences between the modes of reservation and random( P < 0. 05). Conclusion By the collection mode of reserved apheresis platelet,the collection mode of random and passive apheresis platelet was changed. The staff had Strong self- initiative,and the work efficiency was improved. This mode not only satisfied the supply of fresh platelet for clinic,but also controlled the frozen platelet inventory properly,and is worth to promotion and application.更多还原
