【摘要】 目的编制注册护士帮助住院患者戒烟TPB行为问卷,并对其进行信效度检验。方法从行为态度、主观规范、感知行为控制、行为意愿、行为5个方面编制帮助患者戒烟的TPB问卷。经预实验(n=200)和正式测量(n=638),进行验证性因子分析,效度通过条目的内容效度(I-CVI)、量表的全体一致性内容效度(S-CVI/UA)进行评价,建立结构方程模型,分析拟合度指标。信度检验用Cronbach’sα系数评价。结果问卷的I-CVI和S-CVI/UA均为1,与理论模型的拟合度指标均在标准之内。5个分问卷的Cronbach’sα系数均>0.76,问卷总Cronbach’sα系数为0.894。结论该问卷有较满意的信度和效度,可以作为探究注册护士帮助住院患者戒烟行为的心理社会因素的研究工具。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective A behavior questionnaire concerning theory of planned behavior(TPB)-based smoking cessation in inpatients under the assistance of registered nurses was developed for testing of validity and reliability. Methods The TPB questionnaire was developed from five sectors, including behavioral attitude, subjective standard, perceived behavioral control,behavioral intention, and behavior. Preliminary experiment(N=200) and formal measurement(N =638) were conducted for confirmatory factor analysis; validity was evaluated by content validities of items(I-CVI) and overall consistency of the scale(S-CVI/UA); and a structural equation model was constructed to analyze fitting degree.Cronbach’s α coefficient evaluation was used for reliability test.Results I-CVI and S-CVI/UA of the questionnaire were both 1, and the degrees of fitting with the theoretical models were both within the standard. Cronbach’s α coefficients of the five sectors were all 0.76 and the total Cronbach’s α coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.894.Conclusion The questionnaire shows good reliability and validity,and can be used as a research tool to explore psychosocial factors concerning patient smoking cessation behavior under the assistance of registered nurse.更多还原
