衡阳市售动物源性食品中四环素类抗生素残留调查

【摘要】 目的对衡阳市售动物源性食品中四环素类抗生素残留进行调查,为评估其潜在健康风险提供参考依据。方法于该市各市辖区大型农贸市场随机抽取动物源性食品样品113件,样品经前处理后行高效液相色谱-质谱法检测,以SPSS18.0对检测结果进行分析。结果肉类、水产类、奶类和蛋类样品中土霉素和四环素的检出率均高于60%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),样品中四环素类抗生素检出率高低排序依次为土霉素(103/113)>四环素(90/113)>强力霉素(5/113)>金霉素(4/113)。结论动物源性食品中四环素类抗生素残留现状不容忽视,有关部门应加强食品中抗生素的残留的监管,尤其加速实现对饲料生产企业、养殖企业等单位的兽药使用规范。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the residue of tetracycline antibiotics in animal origin food in Hengyang city and to provide references for the risk assessment on their potential health hazards. Methods 113 samples were randomly collected in the supermarkets in Hengyang city. Tetracycline antibiotic residue was determined by LC-MS/MS,and the data was analyzed by SPSS18. 0. Results The detected rates of oxytetracycline and tetracycline exceeded 60% in all meat,aquatic products,milk and eggs samples. The difference was significant. Tetracycline antibiotics in the sample detection rate were in the order of oxytetracycline,tetracycline,chlortetracycline,doxycycline. Conclusion It is of great concern that tetracycline antibiotics residues exist in animal-derived foods. Relevant departments should strengthen the supervision of food residues of antibiotics.In particular,the realization of feed production enterprises,aquaculture enterprises and other units of veterinary drug use norms should be accelerated.
