【摘要】 目的探讨住院病案首页中已有变量是否满足住院费用的影响因素分析,为住院病案首页中新增变量提供参考依据。方法采用文献综述法,以"住院费用"(或"医疗费用")和"影响因素"为主题词,检索中英文相关文献800余篇,归纳出对住院费用有影响的变量,并核查这些变量是否被包含在现有住院病案首页中,从而对住院病案首页需要增加的变量提出建议。结果现有的住院病案首页可覆盖绝大多数与住院费用有关的影响因素,但是,文化程度、收入水平、转运距离、是否进行临床路径和分娩方式5个对住院费用有影响的变量尚未包含在住院病案首页中。结论为更好地分析住院费用、完善患者住院信息收集,需进一步将上述5个变量纳入住院病案首页中。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The study is to explore whether variables in first page of inpatient medical record satisfy analysis on hospitalization expense impact factor,and thus to provide a reference for the newly-increased variables in first page of inpatient medical record.Methods Literature review method was adopted,and hospitalization expense(or medical costs) and influencing factors were adopted as the subject term to retrieve above 800 relevant English literatures.Variables influencing hospitalization expense were summarized,and whether the variables were covered in first page of inpatient medical record was checked to present recommendations on variables to be supplemented in first page of inpatient medical record.Results Existing first page of inpatient medical record covers most impacted factors related with hospitalization expense.However,some factors influencing hospitalization expense,including educational background,income level,transfer distance,administration of clinical path and labor method,are not covered in first page of inpatient medical record.Conclusion In order to better analyze hospitalization expense and improve collection of hospitalization information,the above five variables shall be included in first page of inpatient medical record.更多还原
