【摘要】 目的了解农村失能老人照顾者的照顾负担状况及其影响因素。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,应用自行设计的一般资料问卷、照顾负担量表(CBI)、社会支持量表(SSRS)对375名农村失能老人照顾者进行调查。结果农村失能老人照顾者的照顾负担得分为(31.43±13.03)分。维度因子得分前3位分别是时间依赖性负担(9.83±4.36)分、生理性负担(7.37±3.84)分和发展受限性负担(8.28±4.26)分。多元线性回归分析显示,性别、年龄、老人失能程度、居住状态、老人情绪状态、主观支持是其主要影响因素(P<0.05)。社会支持总分为(35.79±5.60)分,社会支持与照顾负担呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论农村失能老人照顾者存在一定的照顾负担,大力发展农村地区社区护理服务,开展健康知识宣传和教育,为失能老人照顾者提供指导和帮助是非常亟需的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the burden and influencing factors of caregivers of disabled elderly in rural areas,and analyze the correlation between social support and caregiver’s burden. Methods Totally 375 caregivers of disabled elderly in rural areas were selected by cluster random sampling,and surveyed by using Caregiver Burden Inventory( CBI) and Social Support Rating Scale( SSRS),which are self-designed general information questionnaires. Results The total score of caregiver burden score was( 31. 43 ± 13. 03). The main factors that affect caregiver`s burden are gender,age,disability level,living condition,the emotional state of the elderly and subjective support.
