【摘要】 目的了解2013-2015年江西省女性婚检人群及孕产妇接受HIV、梅毒和乙肝检测状况。方法收集2013-2015年江西省女性婚检人群接受HIV的检测及孕产妇接受HIV、梅毒和乙肝检测情况等信息,用描述性分析方法及cochran-armitage趋势检验分析3种疾病的检测率/比例、阳性率及变化趋势。结果 2015年婚检人群HIV检测比例为70.12%,与2013年相比增长率为186.67%,阳性率为6.32/10万,增长率为14.29%,HIV的检测比例呈上升趋势。2015年孕产妇HIV、梅毒和乙肝的检测率分别为97.70%,97.98%与99.20%,与2013年相比增长率分别为9.20%,3.78%与1.95%;2015年3种疾病孕期检测比例分别为63.57%,63.33%与65.37%,增长率分别为31.40%,31.47%与23.53%;3种病的检测率及孕期检测比例均呈上升趋势。2015年孕产妇HIV、梅毒和乙肝表面抗原阳性率分别为10.61/10万,90.57/10万,10.97%,增长率分别为62.73%,26.60%,-1.88%,孕产妇HIV和梅毒阳性率呈上升趋势。结论江西省孕产妇HIV、梅毒和乙肝的孕期检测比例不高,HIV和梅毒的阳性率有上升趋势,要持续推进母婴阻断工作,减少婴儿感染。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the testing rate and testing proportion of HIV,Syphilis,and HBV among pre-marital medical checks women and pregnant women in Jiangxi province during 2013-2015. Methods The information of HIV testing among pre-marital medical checks women and HIV,Syphilis,HBV testing for pregnant women was collected from the Integrated Prevention of Mother-To-Child Transmission Management Information System( IPMTCT MIS). The testing rate,positive rate and variation trend were calculated by descriptive analysis and Cochran-Armitage trend test. Results In 2015,the proportion of HIV testing among pre-marital medical checks women and positive rate were 70. 12% and 6. 32 per 100 000,which grew186. 67% and 14. 29% compared with 2013,respectively,and the testing proportion increased significantly during 2013 to2015. Testing rates of HIV,Syphilis and HBV in 2015 were 97. 70%,97. 98% and 99. 20%,with growth rates of 9. 20%,3.78% and 1. 95%,respectively. Testing proportions of HIV,Syphilis and HBV among women during pregnancy period in 2015 were 63. 57%,63. 33% and 65. 37%,with growth rates of 31. 40%,31. 47% and 23. 53%,respectively. The testing rates and testing proportions during pregnancy period of HIV,Syphilis and HBV for pregnant women increased significantly during 2013 to2015. The positive rates of HIV,Syphilis and HBV among pregnant women in 2015 were 10. 61 per 100 000,90. 57 per 100 000 and 10. 97%,with growth rates of 62. 73%,26. 60% and-1. 88%,respectively,and the positive rate of HIV and Syphilis increased significantly. Conclusion The testing proportions of women during pregnancy period in Jiangxi province still has ascendant spaces. The positive rates of HIV and Syphilis have an ascending trend,and we should promote the program continuously to reduce infant infection.更多还原
