夹江石斛多糖提取物对小鼠肠道菌群的影响研究

【摘要】 目的采用动物实验探讨夹江石斛这一川产石斛新品种的多糖提取物对肠道菌群的调节功能。方法水提醇沉法提取夹江石斛多糖提取物(Dendrobium jiajiangensepolysaccharides,DJPs)。以生理盐水为对照,采用14天灌胃的方式分别给与BALB/c小鼠DJPs高(600 mg/kg·bw)、中(400 mg/kg·bw)、低(200 mg/kg·bw)三个干预剂量。采用传统培养法检测受试前后小鼠粪便双歧杆菌、乳杆菌、肠杆菌、肠球菌和产气荚膜梭菌数量变化。结果高剂量组与对照组相比,双歧杆菌和乳杆菌差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);中剂量组与对照组相比,乳杆菌差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),而肠球菌、肠杆菌以及产气荚膜梭菌各组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 DJPs具有调节肠道菌群的功效。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of Dendrobium jiajiangense polysaccharides( DJPs) on intestinal flora using the mice model. Methods DJPs were extracted by water extraction and alcohol precipitation method. 40 BALB/c mice were divided into four groups including the control group( normal saline),the high dose group( 600. 0 mg/kg·bw),the middle dose group( 400 mg/kg·bw) and the low dose group( 200 mg/kg·bw) by gavage once a day for 14 days. Traditional culture method was used to detect the amount of Bacillus bifidus,Bacterium lacticum,Enterobacter,Enterococcus,Clostridium perfringens from mice fecal samples. Results Compared with the control group,the number of Bacillus bifidus and Bacterium lacticum in high dose group increased with significant statistical differences( P < 0. 01). Besides,compared with the control group,the number of Bacterium lacticum in middle dose group increased with significant statistical differences( P < 0. 01). However,The amount of Enterobacter,Enterococcus,Clostridium perfringens did not show significant statistical differences in different groups( P > 0.05). Conclusion DJPs have the function of regulating intestinal flora.
