【摘要】 目的评价腹腔镜联合胆道镜和十二指肠镜序贯治疗复杂性肝内外胆结石的的临床疗效。方法对2010年1月至2016年1月在我院行传统手术(对照组)和三镜序贯联合手术(观察组)治疗的104例复杂性肝内外胆管结石患者的相关资料进行分析。结果两组手术成功率无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组止痛剂使用率和术后复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的手术时间、术后通气时间、排便时间、术后胃肠功能恢复时间和住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜序贯联合胆道镜和十二指肠镜有助于复杂性肝内外胆管结石患者术后恢复,有效降低并发症的发生率,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of combination of laparoscope, choledochoscope and duodenoscope in the treatment of patients with complicated intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct stones.Methods The clinical data of 104 patients with complicated intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct stones from January 2010 to May 2016 were collected and analyzed. The patients had undergone either traditional surgery(control group) or combined three microscopic-surgery(observation group). Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the success rate of operation(P > 0.05). The operation time, postoperative exhaust time, defecation time, postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P < 0.05). In addition, The complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The combination of laparoscope, choledochoscope and duodenoscope deserved popularization in clinical application for patients with complicated Intra-and extrahepatic bile duct calculi, which not only contributed the recovery of postoperative, but also reduced the occurrence of complication.更多还原
