东京都市圈福利性住房分析以及对北京的启示

【摘要】 本文聚焦于东京都市圈的福利性住房,通过搜集一手资料,围绕东京都福利性住房的四个不同类型,对东京都福利性住房的相关操作政策和管理方法进行了全面的阐述梳理和分析。其中,东京都政府积极投入改善高龄家庭的住房和配套服务,并且针对其老龄化和少子化问题采取了一系列住宅对策。在此启示下,本文对北京福利性住房的发展现状及问题进行了分析总结;在学习和借鉴东京都先进的福利性住房经验和运行模式的基础上,给北京乃至其他城市的福利性住房发展提出了一些建议和对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper focuses on the welfare housing in the metropolitan area of Tokyo. Through collecting first-hand data, we combed relevant policies and management methods for welfare housing in Tokyo based on four different types. Among them, the Tokyo Metropolitan Department of Urban Development is actively involved in improving the housing and ancillary services for senior citizens and adopts a series of housing suggestions in light of its declining birthrate problem. Under this enlightenment, we analyzed the status quo and problems of welfare housing development in Beijing. On the basis of experience lessons from the advanced welfare housing experience and operation mode of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, some suggestions have been put forward for the development of welfare housing in Beijing and other cities.更多还原
