【摘要】 采用传统固相法合成了(1-x)Ca15/16Sr1/16TiO3-xLi1/2Nd1/2TiO3(CST-LNT)系列微波介质陶瓷材料,研究了该系列材料的物相组成、显微结构及微波介电性能。XRD分析结果表明所有样品均为钙钛矿结构,无二次相出现。随着Li1/2Nd1/2TiO3的加入,陶瓷平均晶粒尺寸下降,表明Li1/2Nd1/2TiO3会抑制晶粒生长。随着x的增加,介电常数下降,频率温度系数向负方向移动。当x=0.85时,1250℃保温4 h可以得到优良的微波介电性能:εr=125.4,Q×f=2230GHz,τf=+14.4 ppm/℃。

【Abstract】 (1-x)Ca15/16Sr1/16TiO3-xLi1/2Nd1/2TiO3(CS-LNT) ceramics were prepared by the conventional solid-state reaction method.The phases,microstructures,and microwave dielectric properties of the prepared ceramics were analyzed.The XRD results indicated that all the specimens exhibited a single perovskite structure,and no other second phase was found.The grain size of CS-LNT ceramics decreases with the increase of the content of Li1/2Nd1/2TiO3,implying that Li1/2Nd1/2TiO3 may suppress grain growth.As x increased,the dielectric constant of the CS-LNT ceramics reduced and the temperature coefficient of resonant frequency gradually changed from positive to negative.Excellent microwave dielectric properties of εr=125.4,Q×f=2230 GHz and τf= +14.4 ppm/℃ were obtained for 0.15Ca15/16Sr1/16TiO3-0.85Li1/2Nd1/2TiO3 ceramic sintered at 1250℃ for 4 h.
