相容剂对PP/木粉复合材料力学性能的影响
Effects of Compatibility Agents on Mechanical Properties of PP/Wood Powder Composites
【摘要】 通过亚临界流体辅助反应挤出技术制备了木塑复合材料,对相容剂的种类及用量进行了筛选,同时对聚丙烯(PP)/木粉复合材料的组分进行了优化,并对PP/木粉复合材料进行了扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和傅里叶转换红外光谱分析(FTIR)。结果表明:在亚临界乙醇作用下,添加质量分数10%的马来酸酐接枝PP的PP/木粉复合材料综合力学性能最佳,PP与木粉间结合较好。在乙醇中加入质量分数2%硅烷偶联剂(KH550)时,PP/木粉复合材料力学性能进一步提高,其拉伸强度、弯曲强度、弯曲模量、冲击强度分别达到44.32 MPa,88.44 MPa,6 579.36 MPa和7.12kJ/m2。
【Abstract】 The wood plastic composites were prepared by subcritical fluid assisted reactive extrusion,and the types and amounts of compatibilizers were screened.At the same time,the composition of polypropylene(PP)/wood flour composites was optimized.PP/wood flour composites were characterized by SEM and FTIR.The results show that the mechanical properties of PP/wood flour composites with 10% maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene are best under subcritical ethanol,which leads to a better interfacial adhesion between PP and wood flour.When 2% silane coupling agent(KH550)is added into ethanol,the mechanical properties of PP/wood powder composites increase dramatically,whose tensile strength,flexural strength,flexural modulus and notched impact strength reach 44.32 MPa,88.44 MPa,6 579.36 MPa and 7.12kJ/m~2,respectively.
