【摘要】 针对税收、旧件供需等我国再制造产业发展面临的瓶颈问题,本文阐述了我国再制造产业发展现状,分析了上海自贸区发展再制造产业的现实基础和有利条件,提出了自贸区再制造企业创新监管和运营模式。以我国现行的再制造企业试点制度为基础优化自贸区再制造企业准入制度,同时以我国已发布的《再制造产品目录》为基础探索自贸区内再制造旧件进口政策,为国内自贸区开展再制造业务提供可复制、可推广的经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to solve the bottleneck problems such as tax,old parts and so on,this paper described the development of China remanufacturing industry,analyzed the current situation and advantages of remanufacturing industry in Shanghai free trade zone(FTZ),proposed the innovative supervision and administration of remanufacturers in FTZ. On the basis of pilot remanufacturers project and catalogue of remanufactured products,discussed the market admittance system of remanufacturers and polices of imported old parts for remanufacturing in Shanghai FTZ,which could provide generalized experience to other FTZ in China.更多还原
