【Abstract】 In the domestic construction of science and technology innovation,a think- tank,based on the study of the status and characteristics,this paper expounded the connotation and the essence of science and technology innovation,a think- tank,analyzed the information needs of science and technology innovation,a think- tank,and the necessity of information resource guarantee system construction. Literature research method and case analysis method,was clear about science and technology innovation,a think- tank,on the basis of the information resources guarantee mechanism and principle of building,from the macro,meso and micro three levels to explore to establish and perfect the scientific and technological innovation of development with Chinese characteristics,a think- tank,the information security system.
