【摘要】 目的探讨子午流注择时五行音乐疗法在改善2型糖尿病患者焦虑和抑郁情绪中的应用效果。方法将患者入院次序编号,根据随机数字表法将60例2型糖尿病合并焦虑和抑郁患者分为实验组和对照组,每组各30例,对照组实施五行音乐疗法;实验组实施子午流注择时五行音乐疗法,干预时间1个月。干预前、干预结束后的第2周采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(hamilton depression scale,HAMD)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA)对两组患者进行测评。结果干预后,对照组患者HAMD和HAMA得分低于干预前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组患者HAMD和HAMA得分低于对照组和干预前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论子午流注择时五行音乐疗法可改善2型糖尿病患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪,且效果优于单独使用五行音乐疗法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explorer the effect of midnight-noon ebb-flow of five elements of music therapy on anxiety and depression in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods A total of 60 type 2 diabetic patients with anxiety and depression in our hospital were divided into the experiment group and the control group according to the order of admission, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing care and general music therapy. The experiment group received routine nursing care and midnight-noon ebb-flow of five elements of music therapy. After four weeks, the results of the two groups were compared using HAMD and HAMA scales. Result Four weeks after intervention,there was improvements in the two groups((P <0.01) and the anxiety and depression levels in the experiment group were significantly improved than those in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion The midnight-noon ebb-flow of five elements of music therapy can alleviate the levels of anxiety and depression in patients with type 2 diabetes.更多还原
