【摘要】 澳大利亚是目前一流大学建设成效最为显著的国家之一。本研究密切观测了其在教学、科研和国际声誉等方面的快速大幅提升现象,尝试从国家政策和学校实践两个层面分析澳大利亚一流大学建设模式,并重点选择八所高水平大学为案例进行深入解读,并为我国一流大学的建设得出如下启示:坚定建设一流大学的国家战略;认清自身在建设中所处的阶段;结合国情与自身优势,找出有中国特色的建设之路以及引入第三方绩效评价体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 World-class universities on the top of the worldwide higher education pyramid are one of the most important weapons for countries who want to lead the world or realize a rapid development.A lot of countries have increased input on higher education,especially brand-name universities or world-class universities.According to global university rankings,Australia is one of the countries who progressed most rapidly and remarkably in a decade.This paper intends to discover the actions Australia has taken and features Australia has shown during its practice of building world-class universities.Eight universities have been chosen as the study object.The paper also puts forward suggestions for Chinese universities,which includes insisting the strategy of building world-class universities,recognizing the current state of the strategy,finding a distinctive way to fulfill the strategy and introducing third-party evaluation mechanism.更多还原
