铝合金液罐车车架的有限元分析

【摘要】 以铝合金液罐车为研究对象,在HyperMesh和Abaqus中建立整车的有限元模型,基于静力学仿真分析,得到满载工况下车架的应力分布,并与经典力学计算结果进行对比,两种结果表明:车架强度和刚度均满足设计要求。

【Abstract】 Take the aluminum alloy tank truck as the research object,the finite element model of the vehicle was established in the soft of HyperMesh and Abaqus. The stress distribution of the frame was obtained under full load condition based on statics simulation. Compared with the result by classical mechanics calculation,the results in the two ways showed that the strength and stiffness of the frame meet the design requirements.
