【摘要】 目的探讨滋肾扶阳调冲中药合针刺治疗围绝经期高血压冲任失调证疗效及对性激素、神经肽Y(NPY)、神经降压素(NT)的影响。方法将150例围绝经期高血压冲任失调证患者随机分为2组,对照组75例给予美托洛尔口服,观察组75例在此基础上加用滋肾扶阳调冲中药合针刺治疗,观察2组治疗前后中医证候积分、收缩压、舒张压、Kupperman评分及血清雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)、孕酮(P)、性激素结合蛋白(SHGB)、NPY、NT水平,统计2组近期疗效。结果 2组治疗后头痛、头晕、心烦失眠、胁痛、舌淡及脉弦细积分和SBP、DBP、Kupperman评分均显著低于治疗前(P均<0.05),且观察组治疗后各指标均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后P、T及NPY、NT水平均明显降低(P均<0.05),E2、SHBG水平均明显增高(P均<0.05),且观察组治疗后各项指标改善情况均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组近期治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论滋肾扶阳调冲中药合针刺治疗围绝经期高血压冲任失调证可有效控制血压水平,减轻围绝经期症状,调节性激素和NPY、NT水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to investigate the effect of drugs for enriching kidney,reinforcing Yang and regulating thoroughfare vessel combined acupuncture on postmenopausal hypertension with Chongren disorder and on sex hormone,neuropeptide Y(NPY) and neuropeptide(NT).Methods 150 cases of patients with perimenopausal hypertension with Chong-Ren disorder syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups:the control group(75 cases) treated with metoprolol and observation group(75 cases) treated with metoprolol,drugs for enriching kidney,reinforcing Yang and regulating thoroughfare vessel combined with acupuncture.The scores of TCM syndrome,systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,Kupperman scores and the levels of serum estradiol(E2),testosterone(T),progesterone(P) and sex hormone binding protein(SHGB),NPY,NT before and after treatment were observed and the recent curative effect were evaluated in both groups.Results After treatment the scores of headache,dizziness,insomnia,pleura pain,pale tongue and string pulse,SBP,DBP,Kupperman scores were significantly lower than those before treatment in both groups(P<0.05),and these indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of P,T and NPY,NT were significantly lower(P<0.05),while that of E2,SHBG were significantly higher than those before treatment in both groups(P<0.05),and the improvements of these indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The drugs for enriching kidney,reinforcing Yang and regulating thoroughfare vessel combined acupuncture can effectively control blood pressure,relieve menopausal symptoms,regulate sex hormones and NPY and NT levels in the patients with perimenopausal hypertension with Chong-Ren disorder syndrome.更多还原
