【摘要】 目的观察生脉陷胸汤联合西药治疗冠心病室性期前收缩气虚痰热证疗效及对心功能的影响。方法将80例冠心病室性期前收缩气虚痰热证患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组给予酒石酸美托洛尔片等常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予生脉陷胸汤治疗,观察2组治疗效果、治疗前后心功能指标变化情况,统计2组不良反应发生情况。结果治疗1个疗程后,观察组心电图疗效总有效率及中医证候疗效总有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而射血分数(EF)、心排血量(CO)均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05);2组均未出现明显不良反应。结论生脉陷胸汤联合西药治疗冠心病室性期前收缩气虚痰热证疗效显著,可明显改善心功能,提高治疗效果,且安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to observe the efficacy of Shengmaixianxiong decoction( SMXX) with western medicine on coronary artery disease( CAD) with premature ventricualr contraction( PVC) of Qi-deficiency and heat phlegm syndrome and on cardiac function. Methods 80 patients with CAD and PVC were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with normal therapy like tartrate metoprolol,the observation group was added with SMXX additionally. The curative effect,the changes of cardiac function indexes before and after treatment were observed in both groups and the side effects were recorded. Results After the treatment of 1 course,the total effective rates of ECG and Chinese medical syndrome,EF,CO in the observation group were significantly higher while LVEDD and LVESD were lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). No significant adverse reaction was found during treatment. Conclusion SMXX which could improve cardiac function and curative effect with good safety in the treatment of CAD with PVC.更多还原
