【摘要】 目的通过观察调督针法与普通针法对脑梗死后上肢运动障碍的疗效差异,总结调督针法的临床疗效和治疗规律,形成标准规范的特色针刺方法,指导针灸优势病种的规范研究。方法将76例脑梗死患者随机分为2组,每组38例,调督针法组采用调督针法与康复训练联合应用,普通针刺组采用普通针刺与康复训练相结合。均每日治疗1次,每周连续治疗5次,疗程4周。2组分别在治疗前、治疗4周后采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分法(Fugl-Meyer Assesment,FMA)、躯干控制能力测试(Trunk Control Test,TCT)及改良的Barthel Index(MBI)进行疗效评定。结果治疗4周后,2组FMA、MBI及TCT均优于治疗前(P均<0.05),各项指标调督组均优于普通针刺组(P均<0.05)。结论调督针法较之普通针刺法,能更好地改善脑梗死患者上肢的运动功能,脑梗死后运动功能障碍是调督针法的优势病种之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to compare the difference in curative effect on cerebral infarction between acupuncture of Governor Vessel and normal acupuncture,thus to summarize the clinical effect and treatment law,establish standard acupuncture with characteristics and guide the study on advantage diseases treated with acupuncture.Methods 76 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into 2 groups,each group had 38 cases,the regulating Governor Vessel group were treated with acupuncture of regulation of Governor Vessel combined with training rehabilitation,the normal acupuncture group were treated with common acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training.Both groups were treated once per day,5 times per week,the treatment course was 4 weeks.The curative effect was assessed by FMA,TCT and MBI before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment in both groups.Results After treatment for 4 weeks,FMA,MBI and TCT were better than that before treatment in both groups(P<0.05),and the improvements in regulating Governor Vessel group were better than that of normal acupuncture group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture of regulation of Governor Vessel can improve the motor function of upper limbs of patients with cerebral infarction more effectively than normal acupuncture,motor dysfunction after cerebral infarction is one of the advantage diseases treated by acupuncture of regulation of Governor Vessel.更多还原
