α-氨基酸还原制备β-氨基醇研究进展

【摘要】 介绍了由α-氨基酸还原制备β-氨基醇的最新研究进展,归纳了各方法的优缺点。其中,氨基酸直接催化加氢的方法隶属"绿色化学"范畴,该法有效地避免了有机溶剂和昂贵、危险的还原试剂的使用,水是唯一的副产物,具有高效的原子经济,成为近期研究的热点。重点对α-氨基酸催化加氢制备β-氨基醇反应过程中的各类加氢催化剂及反应条件进行了概述,并对该领域的研究前景进行了展望。

【Abstract】 β-amino alcohols,as one of the most important pharmaceutical intermediates and chiral auxiliaries,are widely used in the area of medicines,chemical engineering,materials and asymmetric organic synthesis. In this paper,the recent progress of the preparation of β-amino alcohols by reduction of α-amino acids is reviewed. The advantages and disadvantages of each method are summarized. Among them,catalytic hydrogenation of amino acids belongs to the category of "green chemistry ",which effectively avoids the usage of organic solvents and expensive and dangerous reduction reagents. Besides that,water is the only byproduct in the whole process of the reaction,making a high efficiency of the atom economy. In addition,several kinds of hydrogenation catalysts and the reaction conditions for the preparation of β-amino alcohols by catalytic hydrogenation of α-amino acids are mainly summarized. The prospect of the research in this field is proposed as well.
