【摘要】 静脉滴注七叶皂苷钠在骨科临床中被广泛应用,主要是因为其抗炎、消肿、改善微循环作用对创伤患者及术后患肢肿胀患者起到了重要的作用,但其对血管的刺激性也较强,很容易引起局部疼痛,甚至会导致静脉炎的发生,这一缺点在临床中是不容忽视的。因此,本文就静脉滴注七叶皂苷钠引起疼痛的原因进行分析讨论,并提出相应的护理措施,以改善现状,减轻患者疼痛,提高临床优质护理服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Intravenous infusion of sodium aescinate is widely used in clinical department of orthopedics,mainly because of its effect on anti-inflammatory,detumescence,improve microcirculation,which has important effect on patients with trauma and postoperative limb swelling play,but its effect on the stimulation of blood is also strong,which can easily lead to local pain and even cause phlebitis,and the occurrence of this defect in clinic can not be ignored.Therefore,this article analyzes and discusses the causes of pain caused by intravenous infusion of sodium aescinate,and puts forward corresponding nursing measures,in order to improve the status quo,alleviate the pain of patients,and improve the clinical high quality nursing service.更多还原
