【摘要】 目的:探讨极低出生体重儿的临床特点和护理方法。方法:收治极低出生体重儿80例,随机分为对照组和全面组。对照组采用常规护理,全面组采用全面护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:全面组家长满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);全面组排便次数、体重增长量多于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);全面组血浆白蛋白、血糖、淋巴细胞高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对极低出生体重儿给予全面护理,可有效改善患儿营养状况,促进其体重增长,增加排便次数,提升家长满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics and nursing methods of very low birth weight infants.Methods:80 extremely low birth weight infants were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the comprehensive group.The control group was given routine care,and the comprehensive group was given comprehensive care.We compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:The parents’ satisfaction of the comprehensive group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the comprehensive group,the number of defecation and weight gain were more than the control group,and the length of stay was shorter than the control group(P<0.05).In the comprehensive group,the plasma albumin,blood glucose and lymphocyte were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Giving comprehensive care to very low birth weight infants can effectively improve the nutritional status of children,promote their weight gain,increase the frequency of defecation,and improve their parents’ satisfaction.更多还原
