【摘要】 目的:探讨乳腺肿瘤切除术患者应用SLIPA与普通喉罩的临床效果。方法:收治行乳腺肿瘤切除术患者78例,随机分成对照组和观察组。对照组采用普通喉罩,观察组采用SLIPA。结果:观察组置入时间和恢复时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),咽喉疼痛发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),拔出后1 min SBP明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:和采用普通喉罩对比,乳腺肿瘤切除术患者应用SLIPA的临床效果更优。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of SLIPA and common laryngeal mask airway in patients undergoing breast tumor resection.Methods:78 patients with breast tumor resection were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with common laryngeal mask airway,and the observation group was treated with SLIPA.Results:In the observation group,the implantation time and recovery time were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of sore throat was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the SBP after 1 minute of extraction was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the common laryngeal mask airway,the clinical effect of SLIPA was better in patients with breast tumor resection.更多还原
