【摘要】 目的:探讨宫腔镜冷刀治疗有生育要求患者宫腔良性病变的价值。方法:回顾性分析79例有生育要求、因宫腔良性病变行宫腔镜冷刀治疗的患者临床资料。结果:手术治疗成功率87.5%,所有患者宫腔恢复正常,术后半年复查B超无肌瘤及内膜息肉复发。结论:宫腔镜冷刀治疗有生育要求患者宫腔良性病变具有安全、有效、微创、并发症少、住院时间短等优点,部分患者可采取日间手术模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the value of hysteroscopic cold knife in the treatment of benign lesions of uterine cavity in patients with fertility requirements.Methods:The clinical data on 79 patients with intrauterine benign lesions who underwent hysteroscopic cold knife treatment were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The success rate of surgical treatment was 87.5%.All patients recovered normal uterine cavity,and no recurrence of myoma and endometrial polyp was detected by ultrasonography after half a year.Conclusion:Hysteroscopic cold knife is effective,safe,minimally invasive,less complications and shorter hospital stay for patients with reproductive needs.Some patients can take the day surgery mode.更多还原
