【摘要】 目的:观察经皮微创锁定加压钢板置入内固定在治疗新鲜胫骨远端骨折中的应用,评价其临床效果。方法:收治胫骨远端骨折患者46例,随机平分两组。对比组行传统切开内固定手术治疗,试验组行经皮微创锁定加压钢板置入内固定治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:试验组术中出血量、NRS分、术后愈合时间、负重下地时间、Baird踝关节功能改善效果等指标均明显优于对比组(P<0.05)。结论:经皮微创锁定加压钢板置入内固定治疗新鲜胫骨远端骨折疗效确切,有助于改善患者临床症状,预后较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the application of minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate fixation in the treatment of fresh distal tibial fractures,and to evaluate its clinical effect.Methods:46 patients with distal tibial fractures were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The contrast group was treated with traditional incision and internal fixation,and the experimental group was treated with percutaneous minimally invasive locking compression plate fixation.The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The blood loss,NRS score,postoperative healing time,weight-bearing time and Baird ankle function improvement in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the contrast group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Percutaneous minimally invasive locking compression plate fixation is effective in the treatment of fresh distal tibial fractures,and it is helpful to improve the clinical symptoms and prognosis of the patients.更多还原
