【摘要】 目的:了解昆明地区城市和农村两个社区人群的血清25-羟维生素D₃水平状况。方法:选取昆明市的两个社区的18⁸0岁的人群900例,排除骨质疏松、影响维生素D代谢的疾病和药物服用者。用电化学发光免疫方法测定血清25-羟维生素D₃。结果:昆明地区人群的血清25-羟维生素D₃平均值（24.92±8.03）ng/m L,农村社区的25-羟维生素D₃水平高于城市社区,男性的血清25-羟维生素D₃水平高于女性。结论:昆明地区人群血清25-羟维生素D₃水平是不足状态,城市社区人群的25-羟维生素D₃水平低于农村。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate serum 25-hydroxyl vitamin D₃ level status of kunming area of urban and rural areas these two community crowd.Methods:A total of 900 people aged 18⁸0 years in two communities in Kunming were selected.Osteoporosis,the disease and the use of drugs that affect vitamin D metabolism should be excluded.We used electrochemical luminescence immune method to mesure determinin serum 25-hydroxyl vitamin D₃.Results:The average value of serum 25-hydroxyl vitamin D₃ in the Kunming area was（24.92±8.03）ng/m L,and the level of 25-hydroxyl vitamin D₃ in the rural community was higher than that in the urban community.The serum levels of 25-hydroxyl vitamin D₃ in the male were higher than that in the female.Conclusion:The serum 25-hydroxyl vitamin D₃ levels were inadequate in Kunming,and 25-hydroxyl vitamin D₃ levels in urban communities were lower than in rural areas.更多还原
