【摘要】 目的:探讨胃癌根治切除术联合5-氟尿嘧啶治疗老年胃癌患者的疗效和对免疫功能的影响。方法:收治老年胃癌患者94例,随机分为研究组和参照组。参照组采用胃癌根治切除术治疗,研究组采用胃癌根治切除术联合5-氟尿嘧啶治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组并发症发生率和不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组6个月、12个月、18个月生存率明显高于参照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组免疫功能下降较参照组明显(P<0.05)。结论:临床治疗老年胃癌患者,可考虑使用胃癌根治切除术联合5-氟尿嘧啶,其并发症发生率低,不良反应小,有助于延长患者生存期,但会抑制患者免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the curative effect of gastric cancer radical resection combined with 5-fluorouracil in the treatment of elderly patients with gastric cancer and its influence on immune function.Methods:94 cases of elderly patients with gastric cancer were selected.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The control group was treated with radical resection of gastric cancer,and the study group was treated by gastric cancer radical resection combined with5-fluorouracil.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:There were no significant differences in the incidence of complications and adverse reactions between groups(P>0.05).The survival rates at 6 months,12 months and 18 months of the study group were significantly higher than the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the immune function of the study group was significantly lower than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gastric cancer radical resection combined with5-fluorouracil can be used for the treatment of elderly patients with gastric cancer.The complication rate was low and the adverse effects were small.It helped to prolong the patient’s survival,but it will inhibit the patient’s immune function.更多还原
