【摘要】 目的:探讨异甘草酸镁预防老年肺癌GP方案化疗致肝损伤的效果。方法:收治老年中晚期肺癌患者68例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各34例。两组患者均行GP化疗方案,观察组在此基础上给予异甘草酸镁治疗。结果:观察组丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组肝功能异常率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于行GP方案化疗的老年肺癌患者使用异甘草酸镁有助于降低肝损伤,改善肝功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate on prevention of liver injury induced by GP chemotherapy in elderly patients with lung cancer.Methods:68 elderly patients with advanced lung cancer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 34 cases in each group.All of the patients in the two groups received the GP chemotherapy regimen,and the observation group was treated with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate based on this.Results:The ALT and AST in the observation group were significantly better than in the control group(P<0.05);the abnormal liver function rate in the observation group was significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate in elderly patients with lung cancer undergoing GP regimen chemotherapy may help to reduce liver injury and improve liver function.更多还原
