【摘要】 目的:探讨游离股前外侧皮瓣移植治疗小腿与足部皮肤缺损骨外露的疗效。方法:对照组在清创后给予腓肠神经营养血管岛状皮瓣实施修复治疗,研究组在清创后给予游离股前外侧皮瓣实施修复治疗。结果:研究组优良率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:游离股前外侧皮瓣移植治疗小腿与足部皮肤缺损骨外露效果确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of free anterolateral thigh flap in the treatment of skin defect of crus and foot.Methods:The control group was treated with sural neurocutaneous island flap after debridement.The study group was treated with free anterolateral thigh flap after debridement.Results:The excellent and good rate of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of free anterolateral thigh flap in the treatment of skin defect of crus and foot is good.更多还原
