【摘要】 目的:探讨乳腺X线摄影和乳腺高频超声在三阴性乳腺癌中的临床诊断价值。方法:收治三阴性乳腺癌患者72例和非三阴性乳腺癌患者120例,分别作为观察组和对照组,进行乳腺X线摄影和乳腺高频超声检查和评价。结果:观察组中,采用乳腺X线摄影和乳腺高频超声检出率分别为98.6%和93.1%(P>0.05)。在乳腺X线检查中,观察组的单纯肿块检出率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且肿块形态和边缘差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在乳腺高频超声检查中,观察组的高回声晕和后方回声与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺X线摄影和乳腺高频超声在三阴性乳腺癌检查中均能有效显示影像征象,具有重要的诊断价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical diagnostic value of X-ray and high frequency ultrasound in three negative breast cancer.Methods:72 patients with three negative breast cancer and 120 patients with non three negative breast cancer were selected as the observation group and the control group respectively.They were given breast X-ray and high frequency ultrasound examination and evaluation.Results:In the observation group,the detection rates of breast X-ray and high frequency ultrasound examination was 98.6% and 93.1% respectively(P>0.05).For breast X-ray examination,in the observation group,the detection rate of simple mass was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and there were significant differences in the shape and edge of the tumor(P<0.05).For breast high frequency ultrasound examination,there were significant differences between high echo halo and rear echo of the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The breast X-ray and high frequency ultrasound examination in three negative breast cancer can effectively display the imaging signs and had important diagnostic value.更多还原
