【摘要】 目的:探讨社区重性精神障碍患者死亡病例现状的相关影响因素。方法:收集死亡重性精神障碍患者180例,采用自制定式调查问卷及《死因报告卡》进行相关信息分析。结果:180例死亡重性精神障碍患者中,死亡与病程差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);死前未服药与服药比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);无监护与有监护比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);死亡病种中,前3位是精神分裂症、中-重度精神发育迟滞、癫痫所致精神障碍,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大力普及精神卫生知识,急性期住院规范治疗,恢复期坚持服药,巩固疗效,建立完善的社会、家庭支持系统,加强监护,是减少社区重性精神障碍患者死亡的重要措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the related influencing factors of death cases status in patients with severe mental disorders in community.Methods:180 cases of death patients with severe mental disorders were selected.The relevant informations were analyze by self made questionnaire and "death report card".Results:In 180 cases of death patients with severe mental disorders,and there were significant differences between death and duration(P<0.05).The not taking medicine and taking medicine were compared before death,and there was significant difference(P<0.05).The no guardianship and guardianship were compared,and there was significant difference(P<0.05).In the death diseases,the first 3 were schizophrenia,moderate to severe mental retardation,mental disorders due to epilepsy,and there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vigorously popularizing mental health knowledge,standardized treatment of acute hospitalization,medication adherence to consolidate curative effect in recovery period,establishing a sound social and family support system,strengthening the monitoring,are the important measures to reduce the death of patients with severe mental disorders in community.更多还原
